Grinding
Grinding is mainly used for surface finishing of a product, and involves intermittent rubbing on a grindstone rotating at high speed, and has the ability to perform both processing for adjusting the product shape and processing for polishing.
For grinding, we have a technology with high processing precision, and products can be processed without problem to the desired grinding level.
Grinders
The cylindrical grinder is a machine that rotates a round grinding stone with small cutting blades at high speed while holding a double center, to shave off the product a little at a time.
Since grinding iron or steel brings heat to the product itself, causing deformation, processing is performed while cooling it off with large volumes of grinding fluid.
Dimensional accuracy is more precise than a lathe or milling machine, and since it can shave products even after quenching, it can be used for processing a wide range of materials.
We also have a center-less grinder or edge grinder that does not hold a double center.
