Plating (Zinc, chrome, Geomet® processing)
Performed for the objective of protecting easily oxidized metals, or for the objective of expressing high-quality or glossy feel.
At the company, we use the latest state-of-the-art line with advanced automation, for a finish to products subjected to zinc plating or ornamental chrome plating, for superior anti-corrosion (rust-proofing) and a beautiful outward appearance.
We have also actively introduced the Geomet® process, which is gentle on the environment.
Inline baking
Electrolytic plating and acid cleaning, etc., drastically reduce fatigue strength, shear strength, stretching, and contraction, as a result of intrusion of hydrogen atoms into the steel materials. The hydrogen de-embrittlement process (baking) uses heating of these intruding hydrogen atoms to promote their release.
We have positioned the baking process inline on the zinc plating automated line, enabling a total response.
