Heat processing (Special, straightening)

熱処理(歪取り) What breathes life into bolts is heat processing.
 Cold processing, etc., of steel materials in a soft state is used to change the shape and form into a precision bolt. However, the strength remains the same as the soft material.
 At this point, we use the method of heat processing to create a tough material property. First, the quenching process can be used to create a hard and strong property, but because this hard substance is also brittle, tempering is also performed. Performance of these processes in a series of automated heat processing results in the birth a tough and high-strength bolt equipped with hardness and a tenacious strength.



Magnetic annealing, gas soft nitriding, brazing

歪取り  Magnetic annealing is used for low coercivity of soft magnetic parts, and gas soft nitriding is used to harden the surface and improve sliding. In addition, brazing is used to bond the soft magnetic parts and non-magnetic parts. Since all facilities are concentrated in the same building, the manufacturing lead time is just one day.
 In all processes, the processing conditions for finishing in low coercivity is established, as is the processing conditions for suppressing dimensional changes in micron units caused by heat distortion or nitrogen compound layer thickness. Furthermore, because it is an in-house integrated process, there is feedback of dimensional change information before and after heat processing to the cutting process, enabling adjustment in real-time of the cutting process rough value that provides 100% quality assurance of precise dimensions in the final product.



Thermal refining & straightening

歪取り For shafts and other long items, deformation will inevitably occur during quenching or other processes. At the company, we take straightening measures for both solid and hollow products.
 For solid items, we use a roll straightening machine to perform straightening at a high speed of 2 to 3 seconds per item.
 For hollow items, we have introduced a special straightening machine that can perform measurement and press straightening with total item automation, to preserve the axial degree for internal and external diameters, and true circularity of internal diameters, thereby automating the accurate measurement and straightening operation for each item.
 These measures suppress the manufacturing costs for both solid and hollow.
